By opting to place your contractor with Contract Project Services, you can be assured that your contractor will receive the best solution to PAYE payroll.

We offer an HMRC approved, IR35 compliant employee payment scheme to contractors.  Our solution will increase contractors' net pay, whilst reducing the agencies risk against employment status.   This is at no extra cost to the Agency.

Our umbrella solution falls outside the scope of the new budget legislation entitled "Tackling Managed Service Companies".

Under normal circumstances the Agency is responsible for administering and paying all statutory benefits associated with PAYE payroll.  By being paid via Contract Project Services, we remove the agencies obligation to pay statutory benefits.

We make payments of statutory benefits whenever a contractor is eligible.  We make these payments hassle-free; we do not require reimbursement from the Agency or from the contractor. 

Contract Project Services are responsible for all payroll administration, and all the associated costs.  We produce P45's, P60's and all other legally required documentation. 

We provide information for the HMRC and Benefits Agency when requested.  We carry out this service at no extra cost to the contractor or the Agency.

Contract Project Services undertake Public Liability Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance.

We operate an ethical, practical service to ensure your contractor receives the best PAYE solution.  In turn the contractor is happy and will continue to use both of our services.
